The breakfast was rich with sausages, tomatoes plus from fried eggs, the best I had in El Albir. The location of the hotel was central, close enough to supermarkets and shops. Spent a nice evening at Estrella Polar, located close to the venue.

Loved how brilliant the property was. The units were bright and the staff were nice people during the day time Morning shift. The location was marvellous and absolutely perfect, close to bars and restaurants, and the view was pleasant, too. And it was also near Benidorm/Altea, the centre of Benidorm and shops nearby. Nothing to complain about, the hotel met needs.

The cafeteria at the hotel was clean and not too expensive, perfect for vegetarians and vegans. It was conveniently located near beach shops, restaurants, and the seafront. The hotel provided excellent breakfast and dinner options, with a comfortable bed and spacious room. The staff spoke English and were friendly and helpful. The hotel also had a secure off-road parking and a roof terrace with excellent views.
Felt privileged, nothing was too much trouble.

I have stayed at the Rober Palas before and returned because it was good on that occasion, unfortunately the experience was different this time around and there wasn't much to like.
The hotel has seen better days and is in need of a little tlc as far as rooms are concerned. My room had a large crack in the ceiling and most of the fittings in the bathroom were loose. Facilities in the room were limited and tea making equipment would have been a nice touch. The room had a funny smell to it despite having the window open. The hotel advertises internet access in the room via cable for which they provide a socket; it doesn't work. When I enquired about internet access I was told it was only in one room! The sauna was closed on my visit. Breakfast was awful, cereal was stale as were the rolls, the 'hot' selection was luke warm despite my getting there just after opening time, having turned up later the previous morning. Location is good if you can put up with the hotel failings.

Spotlessly clean venue with good location in reception area which was very comfortable. A wide range of food at the breakfast, including breads, eggs, and bangers.

I had a great value for my money at Hotel Rober Palas. The room was comfortable and clean, with friendly and helpful staff. The location was perfect, close to bars, restaurants, and just a short walk to the beach.
The breakfast experience could have been improved with a wider variety of bread options.

I appreciated the room — it was stunning with a balcony, a very short space, the bar. Plentiful fresh bread, eggs and bangers served in the morning. Location: the hotel was close to from the main street as well as the centre of Benidorm. Good services were available.
